KIa Collier is the Matching Coordinator for Big Brothers Big Sisters Lone Star in Denton and Tarrant counties. She manages a team of people who match mentors, or Bigs, with children, or Littles, so that Littles reach their highest potential. Currently, BBBS runs three programs in these counties: Community programs, School or Site-Based programs, and Mentor 2.0 for high school students.
