- Worked in Semiconductor Manufacturing for 32 years for Motorola and National Semiconductor(Plant Mgr in Arlington)
- Joined Rotary in 2000/Sponsored by Jim Orr
- Served as 5790 District Matching/Global Grants Chair for last six years
- Started working on water issues in Gracias a Dios, Honduras in 2005
- Eight Matching/Global Grants authored, executed and closed
- Over 4200 filters distributed helping approximately 30,000 villagers
- Fourteen trips to Honduras/Gracias a Dios
- Awarded Rotary “Service Above Self” award in 2016
